An Aga takes pride of place in the kitchen complimented by an electric hob and oven. A door leads through to the formal dining room and then on into an inner hall, (downstairs shower room with basin and wc). The spacious sitting room takes up the full width of the ground floor (log burner, flat screen TV ), and has a door to the enclosed front garden.
There are three spacious bedrooms on the first floor. The super king master bedroom en-suite (bath, walk-in shower, basin and wc.), a further super- king double and a good sized twin which can be another super king bed. There is also a handy WC with hand basin.
Without a doubt the great 'extra' in Yew Tree Barn is the spacious cinema/games room. Reached via stairs from the kitchen with its comfy seating and super large (10ft x 6ft) wall screen onto which you can project films or TV (don't forget to bring your favourite films) as well as the table tennis table - (a great bonus in all weathers.)

Outside: Access the garden from the sitting room, a wide patio terrace with garden furniture leads onto a level lawned area whilst rockery terraces are a riot of seasonal colour and a large pond. There is ample parking within the driveway for up to two cars. There is more parking just outside the property.
